Services
IT services built as one system, not six invoices
Every service below is designed to work with the others. That is how you get security that actually holds and support that actually knows your environment.
Managed IT Services
24/7 monitoring, automated patching, unlimited remote help desk, asset lifecycle planning, and a technology review with the person who actually runs your environment.

What we standardize on, and why
We are deliberately opinionated. A standard stack means faster fixes, better security, and no mystery configurations left behind by whoever came before us.
Identity is the perimeter
The overwhelming majority of breaches we see start with a valid stolen credential, not malware. So identity controls come first: Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, blocked legacy authentication, and least-privilege admin.
Detection over prevention alone
Prevention fails eventually. Managed detection and response on every endpoint means something is watching behavior around the clock and can isolate a machine in minutes instead of days.
Backups only count if restored
An untested backup is a rumor. We test restores on a schedule and give you the evidence, so your recovery time is a number instead of a hope.
Email is the front door
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC at enforcement, impersonation protection, and external sender warnings. Most Michigan domains we audit are publishing DMARC at none, which does nothing.
Documentation is a deliverable
Your network diagram, asset inventory, license register, and recovery runbook belong to you. If you leave us, you take them. That is how it should work.
Plan the spend, do not react to it
Quarterly reviews map hardware age, license renewals, and end-of-support dates against your budget and your busy season, so nothing lands in the middle of tax week.
Questions
Service questions
Can we pick just one service instead of everything?
Security, backup, and Microsoft 365 hardening only work as a set, so those come together in every managed plan. Phones, cabling, and websites are genuinely modular. Most clients add phones and cabling when their current contract or equipment comes up for renewal, and plenty of web design clients are not IT clients at all.
Do you replace our current IT person or work alongside them?
Both arrangements are common. If you have a capable internal person, we handle the security stack, backup verification, and escalation so they can focus on the applications your business runs on. If you are relying on one overloaded generalist, we take the whole thing.
What is included versus billed separately?
Monitoring, patching, remote and onsite support, the security stack, backup, and strategy are all inside the flat monthly rate. Hardware, third-party software licensing, cabling projects, and major migrations are quoted as projects so you are never surprised by a variable invoice.
How long are your agreements?
Managed plans run on a 12-month term with month-to-month renewal after the first year. We do not use auto-renewing multi-year lock-ins. If we are not earning the relationship, a contract should not be what keeps you.
Not sure which services you actually need?
That is what the assessment is for. We document what you have, score it, and tell you what matters most. You keep the report either way.
No pressure, no obligation. If we are not the right fit we will tell you and point you somewhere better.
