Why Ours Are Different

A website from an IT company is a different animal

Most web designers hand you a site and disappear. We treat the site as infrastructure, because that is what it is.

Secured, not just launched

SSL, hardened admin access, MFA on logins, and update discipline. An unpatched WordPress install is one of the most reliably compromised things online.

Email authentication done right

We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on your domain at the same time. A new site with unauthenticated email is a spoofing invitation.

Fast because it is built lean

No page builder bloat loading forty scripts. Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor, and it comes from restraint.

SEO structure from the start

Unique titles and descriptions, clean heading hierarchy, structured data, sitemap, and redirects mapped if we are replacing an existing site.

Backed up like a real system

Off-site backups with tested restores. Losing a website to a bad update should be a twenty-minute problem, not a rebuild.

One number to call

Site, domain, DNS, email, and hosting under one roof. No triangulating between a designer, a host, and a registrar while your site is down.

Questions

Web design questions

Do you only build websites for IT clients?

No. Roughly half the sites above belong to businesses we do not manage IT for. Web design is a standalone service. That said, clients who use us for both get a meaningful advantage: the site, the domain, the email authentication, and the hosting are all managed by the same people, so there is nobody to point at when something breaks.

What platform do you build on?

It depends on what the business actually needs to do. WordPress when the client wants to edit content themselves or needs a plugin ecosystem. Hand-built static sites when speed and security matter more than self-editing, which is often the right answer for a brochure site. We will tell you which one fits rather than defaulting to whatever is easiest for us.

Do you host the sites you build?

Yes, and we recommend it. Hosting includes monitoring, backups, SSL, plugin and core updates, security patching, and uptime alerting. A WordPress site left unpatched for a year is one of the most reliably compromised things on the internet. If you would rather host elsewhere, we will build it and hand it over cleanly.

How long does a site take?

A straightforward brochure site is typically three to five weeks from kickoff, and the pace is almost always set by how quickly we get content and photos rather than by build time. Sites with e-commerce, donation processing, or membership functionality run longer. We will give you a schedule with your content deadlines marked, because that is the part that actually slips.

Can you fix or rebuild the site we already have?

Often yes. If the existing site has decent structure and content we can rebuild the front end and keep your search rankings intact. If it was built on a platform that traps your content, we will say so and quote a proper migration with redirects mapped so you do not lose the traffic you have earned.

Want your site in this lineup?

Let's talk about a website that is fast, secure, and built to bring you customers, backed by IT support that does not leave you stranded.

No pressure, no obligation. If we are not the right fit we will tell you and point you somewhere better.
